1764 Spain 1/2 Escudo G. This is a 1/2 escudo gold coin dated 1764 from the Seville mint in Spain, authorized by the mint officials with initials "VC" for Vicente Diez de la Fuente and Carlos Jimenez Almaraz.The obverse has the bust of a younger Charles III with his hair in waves and the reverse has the Crowned Arms. The coin has some very nice original toning. There is some light wear but there are few marks and no damage.
